SETIA FAST FERRY
Departing from Sanur and arriving at Jungut Batu Bay, Setia Fast Ferry offers a safe, reliable, and comfortable journey. The vessel is equipped with marine-grade air conditioning to ensure a pleasant trip.
Nusa Lembongan is only 30–45 minutes from Bali, depending on sea conditions. It is an ideal destination for a day trip or a longer island getaway, with easy access to Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida.
All ferry tickets include luggage and surfboards at no additional charge.
Important Information;
Guests travelling from Bali to Nusa Lembongan must check in at the Setia Fast Ferry office in Sanur 45–60 minutes before departure. Guests and luggage will then be transferred to the harbour terminal for boarding.
Guests travelling from Nusa Lembongan to Sanur must check in at the Setia Fast Ferry office in Lembongan 30–45 minutes before departure.

To ensure a smooth journey, we’ve outlined important guidelines for carrying luggage and special items. Please read the following information to prepare for your trip and avoid any disruptions.
CARRY-ON ITEMS
Guests may bring up to 2 small carry-on items onboard, provided they fit within your seat, either on your lap or under your seat. Aisles must remain clear at all times for safety and crew access.
CHECKED BAGGAGE
Each guest is allowed 1 checked bag weighing up to 25 kg. Items must be securely packed in suitable luggage to avoid damage.
All valuables (including cash, electronics, passports and important documents) must be carried with you at all times. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to valuables placed in checked baggage.
Extra Baggage: Contact us prior to departure if you have additional luggage. Space permitting, it may be accommodated. Otherwise, extra items will need to be stored at your own risk and cost.
Labelling: Your baggage will be tagged with your accommodation details at check-in, and our crew will handle loading and unloading.
TRAVELLING WITH BABY ITEMS
Prams and strollers travel free of charge and must be folded at check-in. Additional baby items, such as portacots, are also carried free of charge. Please notify us if you are travelling with these items when booking your ticket.
SURFBOARDS & FISHING EQUIPMENTS
Surfboards must be stored in travel bags, and fishing rods must be properly packaged to avoid damage to your items. Please notify us if you are travelling with these items when booking your ticket.

Drivers are in constant contact with our Sanur Harbour team to be aware of any delays or disruptions to your journey. In Lembongan, where cars are rare, guests are transported by pick-up trucks.
